Most installers quote you a product. We engineer a pathway for your specific home, in three stages, and show you the real numbers before you commit to anything.

    We design toward the lowest bill your roof, usage and the available programmes allow, and tell you honestly if zero is not realistic.

    Build a revenue stream

    Where your site supports it, we set the battery up for exports and VPP participation so the system earns as well as saves.

    You see how savings and revenue could offset the system's cost over time, in numbers rather than claims.

Blooming Rays is led by a director with 19 years in international solar, including his personal work on The Sustainable City in Dubai (12MW), a 200MW utility-scale solar plant in Jordan, and rooftop solar programs with Shell. Across those years he has delivered around 3GW of capacity, roughly the solar capacity of 454,000 homes. Those projects belong to his career before Blooming Rays, not to Blooming Rays itself, but the same engineering discipline goes into every rooftop we touch.

What does the Zero Out Pathway actually cost?

Nothing, if you go ahead with one of the solutions we design for you, or if you hold a Zero Out promo code. It covers the site assessment, the system design, the modelling and the rebate paperwork.

Is the on-site assessment really free?

Yes. A solar expert visits, checks your roof, switchboard and consumption, and designs your system. There is no charge and no obligation to proceed.

What rebates am I eligible for?

That depends on your state, your property and the system. Federal small-scale technology certificates apply to most solar installations as a point-of-sale discount, and NSW and Victoria each run their own battery and hot water programmes with their own eligibility rules. We confirm exactly what applies to you at the assessment and lodge every form on your behalf.

Will a battery really work in a blackout?

Yes, when it is specified and wired for it. Backup capability is not automatic with every battery or every installation, so we design it in deliberately and show you which circuits stay live.

What brands do you install?

Tier-one panels, inverters and batteries only, chosen for your site rather than for whatever we happen to have in stock. We will tell you exactly what we are proposing and why, and you are free to ask us to price an alternative.

How do people pay for a system?

Most customers pay directly. Some choose to arrange their own finance independently. Blooming Rays does not arrange, broker or provide finance, and we do not receive your financial details.
